A couple of penguins found romantically holding hands while walking along the beach

It is not uncommon to see couples and newlyweds holding hands for a romantic walk on the beach. They value their partners and enjoy every moment they spend together. The special affection for the other half shows through the eyes and small gestures like hugging and holding hands.

Their hearts are filled with love and happiness. Lately, an old video of a pair of penguins holding hands while strolling along the beach in South Africa went viral again. It is such a romantic scene that makes all lonely souls jealous.

Some people hilariously explain why these sea animals locate their mates, but they don’t. I can’t stop laughing reading these funny comments. The two rides side by side. They also stop to look at each other for a moment. Time seems to have stopped there for a few minutes.

The scene (nature and pets) softens the hardest parts of our hearts. It turns out that happiness is easy. These beautiful moments were captured by Norma Landeros-Ramirez after she and her husband went on their honeymoon. The wonderful gesture of the penguin couple surprised them.

The newlyweds wished that they could also spend peaceful days together like the penguins. “Since my husband and I were newlyweds, I wanted to see the penguins because I heard they kept a life partner, so it seemed appropriate,” Norma said. As you may know, penguins are extremely loyal birds. The bond between male and female is so strong.

Papuans, one of the most faithful and monogamous types of penguin, mate with the same partner every breeding season at almost 90%. The interesting point is that the penguins separate during the winter. This means that they travel up to 10,000 miles a year to search for their love. They end up in the same nest and produce new chicks.
