Passionate about the social network TikTok, Rory posted a video in which the old man could be seen at work. The Internet user has also created an online kitty, in order to raise enough money to allow Butch Marion to retire .

“I wanted to help this Navy veteran live out the rest of his life by going on a trip to see his kids in Florida. I want him to do the things he always wanted to do but didn’t achieve for financial reasons ,” Rory McCarty said.
